Question
Will a
CS1-series PLC’s program be lost if
its backup battery is not replaced after its 5-year service life has
expired?
Answer
The program will not be lost as long as the Programmable Controller's
power supply does not go OFF.
The battery service life is 5 years, so replace the battery every 5 years
to prevent problems such as electrolyte leakage.
