Simple Teaching Ensuring Easy
Sensitivity Adjustment
By pressing the TEACH button once, a
precise sensitivity adjustment is made automatically and easily
according to the distance between the Sensor and object. This can be
performed by anybody with no special training required. Furthermore,
four types of teaching (i.e., teaching with a sensing object, teaching
without sensing object, positioning teaching, and automatic teaching)
are available.

Excess Gain Level Indicators
ensure easy excess gain monitoring
The Sensor incorporates excess gain
level indicators consisting of eight LEDs, allowing sensitivity
adjustment through teaching and making it possible to easily monitor
the excess gain of the distance between the Sensor and each sensing
object.

A 4.5-mm-thick Flat
Sensor Head is available
In addition to a compact Sensor Head
with a long sensing distance of M5 and 8 dia. models, incorporates
flat model of 4.5 mm in thickness. The sensor cord can be freely cut
or extended within a range of 0.5 to 5 m.

10-mm-wide, slim Amplifier
Unit
The width of amplifier becomes of 10mm
and downsizes about 70% compared with a width of 14mm of conventional
model E2C-JC4P. It contributes to space saving of semiconductor
manufacturing installation.

Easy to connect CompoBus/S
Amplifier E2CY-T16 for sensor amplifier
terminals is also simultaneous release. Connection with CompoBus/S
becomes easy by connector, and complicated wiring is un-necessary.
