DIN 48 × 48 mm Multifunction Preset Counter with a Bright, Easy-to-View, Negative Transmissive LCD

Easy to check the output status from a long distance with changing
display colors *1 (red, green, and orange).
Includes total and preset counter, batch counter, dual counter, twin
counter, and tachometer.*2

Application Examples

Batch Counter

On top of a preset counter, H7CX Preset Counter operates as batch counter (with output) which counts the number of count-up.

Bottling by a set number (e.g. Produce 200 bottles packing 100 tablets each)

Tachometer

Display revolution number, speed, flow volume and so on. Alarm output turns ON according to the measurement value.

Revolution Monitor (e.g. Mixer), Speed Monitor (e.g. Conveyor, furnace) and Flow Meter (e.g. Pump, Water Processing Machine etc.)

Dual Counter

Two counters in one body to count two objectives, respectively. Control output will be activated according to the result of adding/subtracting the counting value 1 and counting value 2.

Control of two lines production. Display the sum of line 1 and line 2 substration. It is also possible to display each counting values of line 1 and line 2 at one on one screen.
