NT21 Programmable Terminal

Compact Size but High Performance

The new NT21 has the size of NT20S but the performance is comparable to NT631/NT31 series. 

• Recipe, Analog Meters, Trend graphs and Image library functions are the supported tool!

• The LCD screen of NT21 is larger than NT20S with resolution of 260 × 140 dots.

• Support for Mathematical functions. The PT is facilities with a Mathematical table, where up to 256 math equation can be entered, to allow automation PT processing.

• Two RS 232 ports are provided in NT21, which allow the user to connect to a barcode reader and Programmable Logic Controller simultaneously.

• The enhancement of functions and capabilities, up to 3,999 windows can be created in NT21.

Highly Reliable Hardware

NT21 has a long maintenance-free life (50,000 h) and comes with a front panel with an enclosure equivalent to IP65F (Compiled with NEMA4). If installed in a panel, the panel must be flat and smooth. 

Compiles with Worldwide Standards

Compiles UL, cULus (Class 1, Div 2), C-Tick and EC directives.

Application using the NT link method

Since the NT link method allows high-speed communication of large volumes of data, its use enables the construction of a low-cost servo system comprising an NT21, any OMRON PLC which supports NT link, and a servomotor.

Application using the host link direct connection method

The NT21 can be used to set recipe for batch processing, for example, mixing ingredients of making cakes. The quantity of the ingredient is specified in the NT21, and the automatic dispenser will dispense the amount of ingredient specified into a container for mixing.
