Via OMRON-TP SkillsFuture Queen Bee Programme, TP, OMRON and our industry partners aim to provide skills advisory and support to guide organization in business transformation and workforce upskilling in Advance Manufacturing.​

We will leverage authentic advanced manufacturing environments in our model factory to embark on multidisciplinary experiential skills training and project collaborations with companies and learners.

All Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses below are heavily subsidized up to 90% by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for company and individual may also use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset for the courses.​

Functional Safety Machinery in Advanced Manufacturing Certification Programme

Participants will be equipped with the fundamental principles of functional safety for machinery. This worldwide masterclass adopts TÜV SÜD Functional Safety Machinery Training Certification Program. After completing the training and fulfilling the assessment requirement, participants can obtain the “Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV SÜD)” certificate.​

Industrial Automation in Practice

Participants will be able to design automation solutions in the advanced automation sector with the widely adopted OMRON machine controllers.  

Practical AI in Manufacturing​

Participants will be equipped with the technical skills to ​ apply machine learning algorithms and deploying practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

IOT Dashboard in Practice​

Participants will learn to use ThingWorx Foundation ​ as a platform to create a model to interface with smart ​ and connected ‘Things’.​

Vision-Assisted Robotics​

Participants will be equipped with skills to apply​ vision-assisted robotics with integration of the machine vision systems onto industrial robots.

Augmented Reality for Enhancing Work Productivity​

Participants will be using Vuforia Studio as a platform that transforms the existing CAD and IoT data into rich Augmented Reality (AR) experiences.

Autonomous Robotics in Advanced Manufacturing​

Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to create and write robot motion programme in V+ as well as test advanced robot programs.
